He certainly did not disappoint! He is very respectful and came across extremely honest. Not only did he do a fantastic job cleaning our roof, but also cleaned the exterior of our entire house. He sent me pictures of the progress throughout the day, so I could see first hand the night-and-day difference of our cleaned roof.
