My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

Immediately he was so welcoming and has a HUGE warehouse full of front doors ( not just doors he is ordering from somewhere else) His price also beat these prices but literally almost HALF.. It was a week before labor day weekend and I really wanted the doors installed before the weekend holiday and he was able to get them installed for me! Another note, after getting the doors installed my kids somehow locked my dogs outside for some time and they scratched our front door pretty bad ... I reviewed many styles and colors of doors and I found what I wanted easily from the catalog. These doors are custom to fit your door frame. Rami explains each type of measurement for a flush fit. Arrival of doors was fast and Rami and his Technician set to work immediately. The results were astounding and gorgeous! Each of my rooms' mirrored closet doors fit like a glove, sliding effortlessly over the sturdy tracks. Each color dressed up my rooms. Who knows how old that thin windowpane was in the upper half of that door, nor how many times had the wind slammed that sturdy door shut, but this time, it gave up the ghost and shattered glass all over my kitchen. Big, ugly, lethal looking shards. The door was essential to keeping the excessive heat and cold at bay. It was an inside door leading to an enclosed but uninsulated porch room, then to my garden. I didn't want a brand new, Home Depot door. This one was original to the house. I needed it to be fixed, and I needed it asap. So forget about my handyman hubby; his Hunny-do list is still longer than my Grandson's Xmas Wish List. Just sayin'. I looked for a referral from a trusted contractor we knew. And Jelco Glass (Nick) is the only name he gave me. Trust is most important. We brought the door to Nick, a real biggie decision that saved us about 1/2 of his original quote. Two days later, we were loading it back in our car. Tempered glass. Ah yes! Good for another century, and far less lethal should Mother Nature not play nice again. Sure, the door will need repainting. That will be another day. But the original quarter-round molding (with untold layers of ancient paint) that was holding the glass in, was carefully removed then reinstalled perfectly. My door is happy to have her ancient parts intact. I'm happy, too. Thanks Nick!

We especially appreciated that this is a small, family owned, business, and that in addition to being an owner and primary point of contact, Maribel shared that she also had an active contractors license. Once we decided to move forward with Silver Lining, everything happened exactly as promised (and incredibly fast, which was also important to us, given availability on summer break). Exact measurements were taken promptly, the retrofit windows were custom ordered, and the installation team replaced all six windows in a single day. The communication, professionalism, payment process, and quality of work of all team members were A+ throughout the entire process. We wanted solid wood doors that are hung from the top instead of the typical bottom track. Redlands Door was able to find the hardware to accomplish this. They ordered the doors and had them painted to match our current color. Two bedrooms had double mirrored doors and the master had three plain doors. All are non-standard sizes, which made buying them from a Home Depot or Lowes impossible. As mentioned, Tim was very through and made sure everything was installed correctly. He found that there was some additional siding that needed to be added to be sure the doors closed with no gap. It was extra challenging as besides being non-standard, the wall are slightly off square. He also did a great job in cleaning up the area when done. I would not hesitate to recommend Redlands Door as well as call on them again.

I had used a different company a year and a half ago to "fix" this problem with the entryway to my business. I was worried I would need to replace the entire kickplate and closing mechanism for the 9ft. glass door. Justin worked faster than the prior company, and did a better job pulling dents out of the stainless steel and fixing the internal issue. He did a better clean up job afterwards as well. Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible.
