I was so impressed with the size of this place! This is a major operation! They have all kinds of mechanics on the floor, and they mean business. It's a very clean automotive store, too. I would definitely take my car or truck here every time. Say hi to my nephew, Shawnee! He's the BEST!!

I stayed with my car I walked to the stall where my car was to see what was going on. I did not enter the building and stood outside the building. I was told to go back to the waiting room. It's like they didn't want me to see what was being done or wasn't being done to my car. Doubting that they actually did the work I took my car to another place where I could actually see the work being performed. Never will I ever go back to this place. People beware when a service company takes your car and will not let you see the work being done. I my opinion Mr. Mac's is not to be trusted.

Only took a couple of hours both times. Owner always checks with me a couple of days later to make sure I'm satisfied. The best part about paying is getting a little pack of the most delicious cookies .... What a nice surprise. I will continue to rely on Falls Town Auto for future needs.

Front office staff are amazing and work really hard to accommodate customers. Problem is not having technicians that actually finish a ticket before moving to another ticket. Also, this store seems to have problems with keeping quality technicians. Granted, they have a lot of services they provide, but the technicians take forever to finish a single ticket. It should not take 4 hrs (or longer) to change oil, replace air filters and rotate tires. This kind of waiting is unacceptable. Customers literally wait and watch as their automobiles are taken into the shop, hoods lifted, raised on lifts, tires removed, etc. once the vehicle is placed, the technician seems to disappear and move on to another ticket or task, on another vehicle. Seems they would just finish the assigned ticket, get the vehicle out and move to the next. If there were any other auto service centers that accept Enterprise Fleet Management Cards, I'd go there instead. Rest assured I will check for others and post it. This is ridiculous!
