It's like they didn't want me to see what was being done or wasn't being done to my car. Doubting that they actually did the work I took my car to another place where I could actually see the work being performed. Never will I ever go back to this place. They would not mount my tires. I have a Bronco II that has oversize tires on it already. I bought…read morea different size tire online and took them in to have them mounted. I was told they would not mount them because it was not the recommended tire size for my vehicle. SERIOUSLY?? Firstly, to think the Walmart Tire Center knows more about my vehicle and what it is capable of than I do is absurd. Secondly, I spent weeks researching the tire size that would work for my application. Just because a manufacturer recommends one tire size DOES NOT MEAN THAT'S THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS. Thirdly, if I had brought the same wheels and tires to them in the bed of a pickup truck, THEY WOULD HAVE MOUNTED THEM. If this is a corporate mandate, it's patently absurd and downright idiotic, not to mention there's no way to enforce it when wheels and tires are brought in off of a vehicle. STUPID. I have 8 vehicles that periodically require tires and rotations. Walmart just ensured that they will never receive any of my money at their auto center ever again. Groceries, yeah. But to tell me that they know best about my vehicle is insulting and fallacious.

While I was at the tire center getting my flat fixed I had our dog because she wasn't playing nice with the other dogs. Since it was cold and rainy this morning I went to go sit inside the waiting area and all the tire area employees saw that I had a dog, but didn't say a single word to me. After I was in the waiting for a few minutes the department manager came in and told me I had to leave the store because of my dog and he followed me all the way outside, so I have been sitting out in the rain and cold for well over an hour all because I have a small wiener dog with me. It would have been fine if there were signs up saying no dogs or even if when I looked it up but I didn't. I have been to plenty of other stores where I live and they allow dogs all the time. Now I would have been ok with it if it was dry, but it is tanning and they have my car so I have no where to sit away from the elements except for directly in them.
