Only when I asked they told me the dogs are put to bed at 7:00 pm and the first pee break is at 7:00 am the next morning. Yes you heard correctly 12 hours. I couldn't help myself. I said that's ridiculous..very cruel. She told mr puppies go there and they are fine to hold it. I finished with I'm done wasting anymore of my time and I left. A necessary orientation trip and very knowledgeable staff ensured ours and other dogs were well suited and comfortable before being left to board.
