The staff is friendly, the ability to pre-order for pickup (or delivery) is easy enough and the end results are good. Being able to order 2 XL pizzas for under $30 is also nice on the wallet :)

Last Thursday, we ordered two pizzas, one pepperoni for me and an all-dressed for him. He ate his all-dressed for supper and brought along two other slices for lunch the next day. He spent the next four days with with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and severe chills - all the hallmarks of food poisoning - and missed two days of work. I almost had to take him to the hospital. That pizza was the only food for the entire week that he had ingested that I had not also touched, and I never got sick, so we're pretty darn sure something about that pizza made him sick. We called the pizzeria, asked to speak to a manager to ask if there had been any other complaints, DID NOT ask for any freebies, but the guy started yelling and insulting my boyfriend over the phone at the very idea that anything from his restaurant could have made someone sick because apparently they are infallible to germs. My boyfriend is a very non-confrontational type of person and was legitimately trying to warn them, but this manager/owner took to attacking him over the phone like a 5 year-old. Because of this person's deplorable behaviour we're going to have a find any place to order from, it's too bad because we really did like the food. I also have the rest of the uneaten pizza and will be filing a complaint with the appropriate health department.

I usually go with chicken and smoked meat, just because at other pizza places they charge you extra for those. Generally the pizza is pretty decent and service is quick. The fried food tends to be more sketchy. A few times I've gotten things that tasted burnt...they might not be changing oil often enough. Poutine is decent though, but avoid the chicken poutine...it was those weird chicken-nugget esque pieces of meat, probably made from mechanically separated meat. I usuallly just go with the normal poutine. My friend swears by the spicy poutine, but the secret is just a sprinkle of cayenne so save yourself 50c and do it at home.

They have a lunch special where you can get half a pizza and half a salad for a reduced price. However they don't offer all pizzas for that special, only a selected few. We ended up ordering from the main menu 1 pizza and a salad and just sharing that amongst ourselves, and that was plenty of food. Service was great as well, our server was patient, knowledgeable and brought us our food on time and checked in on us if we needed anything. One significant thing about this place is the back patio. It's absolutely gorgeous!! You sit outside and have a lovely view of the water. I would come back just for that view. Highly recommend eating here if you are in the area! It does tend to get crowded so I recommend coming early to get a table!
