Waited 3weeks to get my kids a appointment only to arrive and be told that the appointment had been…read morecanceled yet no one bothered to call and inform me of the change nor did anyone in the office apologize. They rescheduled my kids appointment for 12/1/2015 and their original appt was for 11/5/15. So for them not properly doing their jobs my kids have to suffer and wait a month before being seen. The first black receptionist with the glasses was beyond rude offered no kind of an apology, then she sends a young white receptionist with a tattoo on her hand finish the reschedule of appointments and she was just as rude. How do you fail to do your job and treat the customer as if they did something wrong. I said so my kids can't get another appointment until December and her reply was that's correct if you want one after school. Well of course I want one after school because they just missed a half a day of school for nothing on this visit, but she could've cared less. It's really sad but I will be searching for my kids a new Doctor because I will not be treated as if I'm a problem when they messed up.

I came in to have 2 moles looked at and he said one of them was fine because i had had it a long time. What the heck?? I shot back that my sister, who was just diagnosed with melanoma, had her spot her whole life! He looked over them from 2 feet away also and was probably 80 years old. Im sorry but that doesnt cut it. He did nothing to reassure me i was fine nor did he use any tools to decide whether it should be biopsied. Never coming back here again.
