When I accused Aimet and her husband of stealing my $5550 memory foam couch via text she sent me photos and said they were from when they were working on my couch. I saved the photos to my camera roll on my iPhone. Anytime you save someone's picture or video they texted you it will tell you the exact date and time the photo was taken. Aimet sent me pictures of my couch that were taken on may 24, 2021 in her shop. They dropped off "my couch" on may 19th. So five days after they dropped off the couch they swear was mine she was in possession and working on my couch. They are thieves! They have ignored the BBB and the detectives calls and deleted their social media because guilty people can never admit they are guilty!!! This business will be shut down soon. read more

Turn around time was less than a week! I used to do light upholstery years ago when I ran a small business buying/selling vintage furniture so I know good work when I see it. I sold my industrial sewing machine so I needed to have these cushions done for me which made me nervous because I'm a crazy perfectionist. Extremely convenient and very kind service. They picked up and dropped off two chairs for fresh upholstery. The price was very reasonable and they even glued one of the arms into place. Wish I could give them 4.5 stars. The one thing that's not ideal is the fabric is crooked. There's a grain in the fabric and it's clearly not straight. Do NOT use this company!! They are thieves!! They stole expensive, irreplaceable memory foam from inside of a couch they were paid to upholster and tried to return the couch with cotton and inside After being confronted about the couch not feeling the same and looking completely different, the woman said, "I promise you're expensive memory foam is still in there"! knowing they were lying, the couch was cut open and of course, the original memory foam was gone and had been replaced with cheap, cotton and some kind of boards. they were even given a chance to return the original couch and memory foam with no consequences, but instead they chose to block the number. So now they are going to be charged with grand theft. I can not stress enough to NOT get involved with these people!! read more

This company will literally steal your high quality furniture and then block you once they get caught. I payed for my expensive memory foam sectional to be reupholstered. When picking it up the woman went on and on about how nice and expensive the memory foam is and she can see why I would want to keep it. I asked for pictures of before, during the process, and after. 2 days after they take my couch, she texts me and says they weren't able to take any pictures of before or during the process and that my couch was going to be ready in 3 more days. That's 3 weeks before my estimated delivery date, and I had a big sectional. How are you going to go from 3-4 weeks to 5 days? When delivering the couch I immediately noticed it was not my couch. When sitting on it it crackled and I sunk super far in. Nothing at all like the expensive memory foam coach I had before. And you're going to tell me it's because I changed from Velvet to a Suede upholstery that it's going to completely change the integrity of the couch? There were two other men that delivered the couch along with that woman. So I wasn't going to accuse them of stealing and have them jump me in my own home. So I payed them the rest of what I owed them over $2,300. One of my best friends came over a couple days later, a friend that loved my old couch and had stayed on it multiple times. She sits on my couch and goes " man idk why you would ever get rid of your old couch, that thing was amazing." I then knew forsure that my gut instinct was right. They stole my couch and replaced it with this trash that doesn't even look like my old couch. I texted the woman and I told her I was going to cut the couch open and show her it was not the same couch. She went mumbling on insisting that they pick up the couch and take it back to their warehouse, then they can cut it open there. Why so you can switch it back with my actual couch and try not to get caught?! When I cut open the couch.... THERE WASNT ANY COUCH CUSION INSIDE. They literally gave me a couch with cotton and a thin memory foam board on top. They didn't even put a couch cushion inside. I literally could not believe it. When I sent them the photos of the inside of the couch and told them I need my actual couch back and a refund. They blocked me. SAVE YOURSELF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND FURNITURE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. These people do not deserve to pull this on anyone else. read more
