Most of us don't give much thought after we initially purchase insurance, and the sale is done. Christie found a few areas in which I lacked coverage. Needless to say, you don't want to find out you lack coverage when you submit a claim, and at the same time you do not want to pay for additional coverage that you do not need. With other agencies I have worked with, if you are fortunate enough to have this discussion it will very likely be an underling who is not as knowledgeable, and their biggest concern is closing the sale. I also had an issue with a claim that I made on my homeowners' insurance. Christie jumped in, quite happily I might add, and went on and above what she needed to do, expending a good amount of effort to make sure that there was a successful conclusion with the claim and complete client satisfaction.
