After I left a message asking for a return call or for the depreciation schedules to be sent, I got the attached email response. From my perspective, this was my first email from them. We very much regret that we did that. They emailed us on the afternoon of Friday, April the 11th, saying that they would not be able to get our taxes completed by the deadline on the 15th, and recommended we be sure to just pay to the IRS what we owed for taxes last year. Oh, and don't worry, "we wont charge you for filing the extension". Not even a phone call from them. They get a grade of FAIL from me. Very dissatisfied.
