Yall im so annoyed. Why are they closed when Yelp says they are supposed to be open?! What is going on?!

I've patronized LA Nails for well over a decade and have always had superlative service.

Just don't go here. Zero stars isnt available. I walked in and asked for a pedicure. A woman giving who I later found out was another employee very rudely said to pick a color. I had gel polish on my toenails, and when I indicated that I was told by a man seated at a desk to sit down. Ok Sir..lemme pick my color first. This is where things got immensely dreadful. I sat down and took my shoes off. I looked down and didn't see a ledge or anything to put my foot on other than the bare floor. He said to me..lift it up higher. Then he put my foot IN HIS LAP YALL. He used the grinder to remove the polish while my foot was in.his.lap. I should have left. Next I was directed to walk barefoot from his desk to the pedicure chair. Odd. The pedicure lasted around 45 mins and that included dry time. The place is dirty and run down. Please don't put your feet at risk. read more

My mother and I came here for the first time. Coming in, we wanted to get a full set (for myself) and a Gel Manicure (for my mother). There were only 3 technicians that were rotating about the salon servicing customers. We sat for about 15 minutes until we were seated. We both sat for about 25-30 minutes more soaking and waiting for a technician to finish up other client. My mom got started and finished with her manicure. I finally got in the chair to get my nails done. It took a little over 45 for the tech to do my set. Overall, our nails turned out decent. I think if we wouldn't have went on a Friday then our experience could've been better. read more

I usually go here all the time but I've changed my mind. The guy argued with me over what I had originally on my nails , tried to pick my nails off and I kept saying they hurt. Then the girl put my hand i water and it got boiling hot and burned my hand. Then afterwards I was charged more bc I didn't get asked what I wanted and I have glue all over my hands. I don't know what happened today but I'll probably never be back. read more

This is the second time I came in and brought a reference photo, I had the same guy both times and he didn't do what I wanted both times. I kept telling him to refer to the photo and he just kept asking what I wanted which was frustrating. He also left glue under my nail so my skin was stuck. And I had dried white stuff all over my fingers even after I washed my hands. This place is cheap but the quality shows. I won't be going back there again. read more

Friendly staff! You get greeted as soon as you step in. I came here during the weekend and I had no wait time ! I come from New York where you have to wait around 2 hours to get attended to on a weekend. The prices are great. I got a pedi, a nail repair, a filling, gel color and rhinestones for $50! The end results met my expectations. read more

After reading multiple reviews on many nail shops in the area I decided to give LA Nails a shot. I gave them a call to ask about pricing on fills with gel and I got a quote of $23 and was told that it would depend on length and condition of the nails; whether any were broken, etc. I also asked if they took walks in and they said yes. I drove over and found convenient parking in front of the nail salon. The nail shop was busy on a Friday morning but I did not wait too long, roughly 15-20 minutes. I would suggest making an appointment if you'd like to avoid the wait as it got a lot busier after I came in. I was helped by a young lady named Tee (not sure of spelling) she sat me down and started working on my nails asked me what shape and length I wanted and she did give me exactly what I wanted, while checking with me and asking if I was satisfied. She worked quickly but did not compromise her work. When all was finished she rang me up and I paid the $23 that I was quoted. If you are looking for an affordable place that will do a great job without all the frills, this is it. It's nothing fancy but you will be very pleased with the work which is what I prefer. read more

I got gel polish done last Friday 7/12/19 and as if today it's already peeling off. I will not be coming here again and certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND. The atmosphere is not as friendly as some places and the decor is a little outdated. read more

I wanted to try LA Nails but I had a hard time understanding the pricing. $25 for pedi, I understood. But for the acrylic fill-in, it got confusing. An employee told me '$17 and up for fill in service'. Okay, $17 to how much? I told her I needed my nails filed short, I have my own polish. $3 more to file short. Odd, but Okay, that's fine. Then she said something like '$3 more if you have thick nails' which I did not understand since these are acrylic nails. She kept asking another employee questions and I kept getting several answers on the price. I'm not cheap, I tip well (not bragging but I pay for the pampering) but if I can't get a "$ much for fill in and file short, then I'm out. I had new nails so knew I would not need any replacements. Since I couldn't get a set price for fill-in and file short, I had to give this place a pass. read more

Tried this nail salon since the one I go to was closed. Lady that did my nails was polite, however I do not like my nails. She didn't listen to my request and told me that the shape she gave me is prettier. When customers started to roll in, she started to rush and blobbed ton of gel on my nails. I STAN!!!! This salon is great. They do wonderful work. I moved here about 2 months ago & went to THREE salons that seriously screwed my nails up before finding this GEM. And thank God I did. I've never had a salon get my shape just right. Exactly the way I love it. The designs are perfect.. They listen to exactly what you want and make it happen, & they take their time. I even showed up with my nail bed broken straight across underneath an acrylic and Tee repaired it & had helped me grow it out & keep it safe in the process. You can NOT beat the prices here, either. Acrylic set/ Mani /Pedi with jewels and length and gel polish on both runs me $75!!! I ain't mad at it. If you decide to come here, ask for Tee!! She's the BOMB. Went here today, never again. The man drilled my cuticles, and polished my nails right after drilling, without having me wash my hands first. The polish looked wavy and very sloppy. I stopped by another nail shop on the way home, and after they took the polish off, she said the acrylic would of lifted because of the way he did them. read more

I really had it wit dis place, they act like there's no tomorrow by how fast and rushed they do their clients nails. I was somewhat content wen 1 of the technicians who were pregnant did a gud job with the design and the guy dat sit next 2 her I was content with how he did my full set but he also was in a hurry doin my nails. So went I went back 2 gt another fullest because I takes my nails off after a certain time so my real nail can regain itz strength, I learned dat the technician dat did my fullest dat I was content wit, he was sitting there at his work station no working and not tending 2 any clients while we waited so when it was my turn he sent me to 1 of technicians which it was another guy dat sit across from him, the guy did a poor job, my nails starting popping off after 5 days of getting dem don. But wen I told da guy wat I wanted as far as how i wanted the polish, the pattern 2 go on my nails, they looked like they never heard such a things so I looked rite bac at dem like they were crazy, I'm looking like y'all call y'all selves nail artist, the key word is, "Artist".
