However, I am so grateful Ms. Boice is now part of the Cape Fear Aesthetics / Fayetteville Plastic Surgery team. She's one of the best things to happen to my face since sunscreen! I cannot say enough great things about Juile's expert care. She takes great care with each patient. I never feel rushed or silly in asking questions or when I bring in absurd numbers of selfies pointing out new areas for her to work on. Also, Ms. Boice is constantly seeking to perfect her craft. (first review Immediately upon meeting Robyn almost three years ago I knew my almost ten year battle with adult acne was over. After coming off of the birth control pills nine years ago I began to experience the typical hormonal acne on my cheeks and chin. I saw esthetician after esthetician and spend hundreds of dollars on treatments and products hoping to clear up my skin. I even went so far as to get a prescription for medication because I was at my wits end. No matter how diligently I followed protocols for products or medicine nothing worked consistently until I met Robyn. Her customization of treatment instead of the "standard" microdermabrasion or acne facial with extractions won me over immediately. We went through ingredient lists on my makeup and other products only to find that many of the products I routinely used contained acne causing ingredients!! I followed her recommendations on correct cleansing procedures and saw immediate results. I found that my investment into bi-weekly visits and allowing her to extract my pimples instead of picking at my own pimples paid dividends in the end. I still have an occasional breakout but my skin is almost unrecognizable. I no longer feel the need to wear makeup as a means to cover acne scars and my skin glows and people ask me what type of make up I have on when I am not wearing anything but sunscreen and blush! I could not have asked for a more caring esthetician to work with and find myself trying to choose the right words when I see someone with skin that could use a little TLC by Robyn :) If you are like I was almost three years ago (desperate and will try anything) do not pass up an opportunity for at least a consult with Robyn. Her treatments are more than reasonably priced and the products work and will not break your wallet. Yes they are more than going to the local drug store but if you are accustomed to buying products at a dermatologist's office you understand what I mean; and if you aren't then let me put it to you like this....you get what you pay for in those $3.99 drugstore products claiming to clear acne when the main ingredient has been clinically proven to clog pores! Not only do Robyn's products work but if you don't like them she will always tell you to bring it back for an exchange. Update as of 1 May 2016: I moved away from Fayetteville almost a year ago and have been a loyal long distance customer for the last year. I have maintained the same regiment as before without the bi-weekly facials my face still looks great. I get an occasional break out but who doesn't ?!?
