Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I felt targeted and unfairly treated, all because I didn't opt for manicures for the girls in addition to their pedicures. I overheard the staff whispering about me, calling me "money lady," and then switching to a different language, which made me extremely uncomfortable. In New York, where I'm from, a kids' mani-pedi typically costs around $18. Here, they charged me $35 for a five-minute kids' pedicure that was subpar at best. My own pedicure was even worse -- they charged me $40 and left my feet in worse condition than when I came in. The polish was sloppily applied, all over my skin, and my nails were cut so unevenly that I had to request the clippers to fix the sides myself. And may I add, none of these were spa pedicures! The business practices at this establishment are terrible. They don't know how to treat customers and were outright rude to me, despite my sister being a loyal customer. I had planned to get more services done but changed my mind after seeing how carelessly they handled our pedicures. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never be returning. They lack professionalism, skill, and basic respect for their customers. It's hard to believe they're still in business with this level of service. They aren't worthy of any star they only got one star because I had to give it in order to post my review.

While the quality of the box pedicure they used was nice, the pedicure itself was lacking. Barely anytime spent on massaging, foot soak, and then left me with cold towels and cold wax on my feet for over 15 minutes while the guy serviced someone else who was paying for the gel pedicure. Highly unprofessional attitude. Then as my nails are drying the woman in the shop touches my nails and smears it and has the audacity to try and blame me for it. Then I asked for it to be fixed and instead of it being fixed, she just paints more nail polish on top of it. Then she put me under a blower for my nails to dry and my nails look horrible! I'm so disappointed in the quality of work for the price. While I was there a woman came back into the shop because her nail (I'm assuming acrylic) broke not for the first time, but the second time. I had a gel mani and pedi. They have an extensive menu for pedicures. I was very happy with the deluxe detox. The lady was meticulous yet careful on my toes which I very much appreciate. She asked on the temperature of the water (which was very hot) and if I wanted certain tools used. Their massage chairs are next level!! One recommendation would be to get cushions for the seat part. My butt was definitely sore after 60 minutes. There are 8 pedicure chairs available. They had plenty of staff on-hand. No waiting. It seemed that there were about 75% walk-ins for this Wednesday afternoon. The mani was very nice too. I didn't know they can add the chrome shine to any color. That was fun! I was disappointed that she did not do the full service on the mani (ie/ hand massage, less attention on cuticles) that you pay for. Overall, I would definitely try this place. The four to five star difference was due to hygiene. I can't speak for the sanitation of the tools. Some places are very apparent with their UV sterilization process. She gave me flexibility in the time and day which was great. The next morning, I drove to her shop in Lake City. Denise took her time, expressed the desire to do my nails in a way that would please me. I couldn't have asked for better! She was very professional and did a marvelous pedi and a beautiful mani. I'm so glad I found her. While she was only 10 minutes from where I was staying, I would highly recommend her even if you have to drive from Gainesville or Jacksonville.
