I attribute the weight loss to getting up and showing up 4 days a week at the Spa. I am definitely feeling better and doing more activities. I'll tell you later how I restored an inch in height. Here is the equipment I use. The Hydration Station: It's like a steam room in a large capsule. I go for medium setting. I elevate my knees into the steam cloud along with my hands. The arthritis feels much better. The Sun Angel: Not for tanning purposes. For me.We set it to Essentials. The light frequency lets your body develop vitamin D naturally. I think this has helped my bones as well. Be sure to wear eye protection. 3. I also use the Cocoon and the Poly. The cocoon operates on infrared (IR heat). It's like crawling into a heating pad sooo good. No arthritic pain after that for me. Temporarily but getting better. I use the red LED on the poly. I'm not really worried about wrinkles but it does help. 4. The Beauty Angel is the maximum red light therapy you can get. When I come out of there my whole body feels charged. The mitochondria (battery in each cell of your body) is stimulated and can work harder) get charged up. This too is good for arthritis. I keep my arms above my head to help the lymph nodes under my arm and expose my Gluteus Maximums. Places where the sun hardly ever shines. 5. The HydroWave. My first experience with it was I heard my backbone ripple and relax. This is always the last thing I do before I leave the Spa. I really do believe I got back my youthful stature of 6'2 from just relaxing. When the operators are not at the front desk. That means they are helping someone or inside the equipment cleaning it. Be sure to grab a free bottle of water on your way out to prevent dehydration. I'm not a doctor, I just enjoy the Spa.

They also refused to prorate or refund any portion of my payment. According to the employee I spoke with, the owner has a blanket policy of not issuing refunds under any circumstances. The owner was not very polite either while on the phone. I wasn't informed of the price increase until two weeks after my payment had been taken. After initially denying me access to services I had already paid for, the owner's "resolution" was to allow me to use the service just one final time on Monday (7/14). I understand that prices can increase, but blindsiding clients and taking their money without proper notice or options is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal client for three years, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business.

I looked up tip and shaved and exfoliated before arriving and did not put any products on my skin. The girl at the desk was very helpful and explained the differences in the spray tans. With her help I decided to get a tan that shows instantly and added moisturizer. She then walked me to the back and explained the process to me. They have barrier cream to put on hands and feet. I wish I would have used a but more but it was fine. There is a hair net to cover your hair but don't let it sit on your forehead. Last, there are sticky pads for the bottom of your feet. Once you get in you stand as directed and push the button. It's over in a matter of 2 minutes and you step out dry. She was not kidding when she said instant! I was immediately tan and it looked great! There was no orangey tone it was very natural. When I got home my fiancé said I looked thinner but he couldn't figure out why. . Now I feel like I have to come back every month!

The girl at the front desk said that she would be able to make a note on my account and forward to the Manager and she would be able to cancel my membership. I just looked at my bank statement, and they took out another payment, after I gave a 30 day notice. I called customer service, and she told me that cancellations have to be made by calling or emailing Glo Tanning. I told her that I understand the policy but that the employees should make customers aware of this and not just take down information for it not to be taking care of. Customer service was not friendly and was no help therefore they will no longer get my business in the future.

I had Botox and cheek filler performed at the Beavercreek, Ohio location. The Botox on my forehead was uneven leaving one eye higher then the other eye and I still had significant wrinkling over one eye. The filler I asked for on my cheeks has been a nightmare. When the nurse was injecting me she was putting the filler under my eyes when I had told her to place it on the flat areas of my cheeks. I have previously had over the past 2 years been seeing a facial plastic surgeon for my injections but he was unavailable over the holidays. I told her I had never had fillers placed under my eyes yet she continued. The results were horrific! The skin under my eyes had turned white ...known as blanching from improper injecting. This also left large puffy bags under my eyes that I never had before. When the nurse was finished I was still left with the same issues I came in with and a bill of $989.00. When I called the next day I was told I needed to wait at least 2 weeks for a consultation. In the meantime I saw my plastic surgeon and he was quite concerned and shocked with the uneven, unnatural, and unnecessary placement of the filler under my eyes leaving what is called FESTOONS (large bags). When I went for my follow up at Face Forward I came to find out the nurse who did my injections was no longer there... I wondered why?? The staff clearly could see my concerns and offered to dissolve the filler they had put in the wrong area (under my eyes) and wanted to charge me and additional $650.00 to put the filler in the proper place. so in essence they wanted to dissolve their mistake and the filler I had paid $650.00 for. They should have put it in the correct place to begin with. They don't listen and place the fillers where they want to. What a terrible , unprofessional lack of follow through patient care. Face Forward did not stand by their work they are more concerned about making money at the expense of there clients. I also want to note that I returned immediately after my follow up appointment when I realized I had forgotten my car keys to find the entire staff laughing.,So disrespectful. Save your money and a lot of headaches ..stay away from Face Forward.
