I am going on vacation and want to start a base tan, not looking for a package at this time. The staff is super friendly, they didn't pressure me to purchase more than what I need. Their specials are fair, very clean rooms and beds. I haven't gotten the spray tan but know many people that speak very highly of it and they look great, going to have to try it when I get back. Convenient hours, haven't had to wait for a bed. Definitely will go back in the future. read more

I love going to LA Tan. It is always so clean! The girls that work there are so helpful and always answer any question. I do the tan membership and I also bought a package of the spray tans and I go a few times a week. The beds are always full of working bulbs (I've been to other places where this is not happening) and they give such a beautiful tan. Love this place! read more

The staff is super nice and was more than happy to help me with any questions i had. The spray tan color from here is always great (coming from someone who is super picky about how sunless tan looks). Unquestionably the finest Tanning salon in the Fox Valley, the salon is beautifully laid out and the decor is very appealing, the salon is always clean and well kept. The manager Abby has years of industry experience and can answer the most difficult of indoor tanning questions and the employees are all well trained and very knowledgable of the tanning beds & products, but most importantly they are very kind and personable. LA Tan offers unlimited monthly tanning packages or a single tan purchase. What I personally like about the Oswego salon vast amount of beds they offer so you never need to make an appointment because a bed is almost always available. Overall I would strongly recommend LA Tan and give it 5 stars. read more

Went here after going to several other sunless spray tans. The ladies here were so helpful and really took the time to explain the packages.

I went to this location after trying one in Aurora and what a difference. I had never done this before and I had questions which Jamie was kind enough to answer thoroughly. She explained packages,lotions and points. Then she showed me around. I did not have that experience in Aurora plus this one looks much newer. I am going to try a 3 month package and see how it goes. I definitely recommend this location for friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness. read more

This review is for the massage and spa section of LA Tan. I did not use their tanning facilities. I purchased a Groupon for a one hour facial. Appointments were easy to get same day if you call first thing in the morning. My esthetician was named either Veronica or Victoria (sorry!) and she was great. Extremely thorough, clean, friendly, etc. She didn't leave the room like some do when the masks are setting. She stayed and offered a hand massage. My skin felt great for a good week after. I am definitely recommending her and even better, go to Groupon and purchase one! read more

I had an appt for a facial....The receptionist was annoyed because I was abt 7-8 min late. I would not complain about the quality of the service because it was more than adequate...What happened after this was reprehensible...After being on the table I had to work some of the "kinks" out since I am an older person. Someone had defined this in a different way.....When I was leaving with my car I was detained by the police because a worker had called from inside the establishment to report I was drunk. Of course the police breath meter registered 0.0. I rarely drink so this is the first time I have ever experienced this test. The police apologized for the incident. I called the owner the next day defended this this practice as a precautionary service for the public safety. read more

This is by far the nicest tanning salon I have ever visited. They take great pride in the details. I love that they have plastic hair caps for the spray tans. These protect my hair color/ highlights. The salon is always clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. read more

This review is based on the massage and spa services and not the tanning. I called the location yesterday to make an appointment for an eyelash extension fill. When calling in, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic. I changed my appointment the next day, for same day service, completely hassle free. Coming in, they were incredibly accommodating as I had to bring my toddler with me. The facility is very well kept and very deceiving from the outside. The location is convenient, located in a strip mall to allow for easy errand handling. Veronica, the esthetician, was very professional. She was sweet to my daughter and very understanding of my child care situation, or lack thereof. I couldn't have been more happy with Veronica's job on my lashes. They came out amazing. read more

Their computers are always being restarted. And someone needs to take a toothbrush and some bleach to those tile floors. They are nasty.
