After realizing one of the inlet valves was broken I went to replace it and in doing so disturbed old iron piping in the wall causing a leak. CPS was very responsive and sent out Ryan to help diagnose the problem. He was prompt and arrived within 45 minutes. He quickly figured out the end of a pipe had rusted away and recommended a brass pipe which would last much longer. He really went above and beyond by providing teaching on various aspects of plumbing while he was in the house which will help me personally be more mindful of what is required for simple repairs. I would recommend their company and will be using them in the future.

He stated that they do free estimates which most plumbers I contacted do not offer. His rates were very good as well. His team was very professional and was able to locate the leak in a timely manner and communicated the issue once found-they also performed a thorough whole house assessment to ensure that was the only leak we were having. I also asked about repairs to the sewage line that was leaking under the house and they gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the damaged line which was complicated due to being located beside an under the HVAC duct work. The team had to leave the site to secure parts needed for both repairs and a second team arrived to complete the repairs in a timely manner. Paul himself stopped by the house to see how the repairs were coming along which shows he has pride in what his company does in regard to service and repairs, in my opinion, that's why they've been in business for 50+ years. The final price saved us thousands of dollars compared to rough estimated given over the phone by other plumbing companies. It only took about 3 hours to remove the old water heater and install the new one. He did an excellent job and hauled the old heater away for me. His workmanship was excellent!!!
