The workers missed some shrubs to cut/pull. I sent the owner/manager? (RJ?) photos of what they missed (7/24). He was responsive and apologetic. Sent the guys back out. He said he sent them the pictures. They came out and got some of those done! (7/28) I sent pics again if what was left. This time I sent a check. He said they'd come out. They did. However, again they left the last two. (7/30) I noticed the two little ones by house left. It was Sunday but wanted to send while I remembered, not expecting a response until the work week. No response. And that's how they went from 5-stars to 3-stars.

Had to wait approximately a week as it was too wet. Once dried enough to bring in equipment full crew showed up and went to work. Very tall large maple branches removed to prevent damage to adjacent garage. During scope of work discovered more trees needed addressed including one complete removal. Reasonable increase was discussed and agreed upon. In the scope of a few hours my garage is no longer in peril. Fantastic job done with great expertise! Highly recommend!

DO NOT hire them to do CONCRETE work. They replaced my 25…read moreyear old concrete last July[2025]. The only thing wrong with old concrete was it was heaving in one place. There was no pock marks in old concrete due to salt. Now the entire part of concrete bordering the street is covered with salt damage AFTER ONE SEASON! $10,000 IS WHAT HE CHARGED. There is another narrow Crack measuring over 10 feet. I noticed that in January 2026. Showed the owner.....he blamed it on the low temperature. (Nothing was ever his fault!) He did FINALLY admit that the concrete was lower quality now. He refused to make it right and said I was being MEAN to him. CAN YOU IMAGINE??? I AM STUCK WITH THIS and am heartsick that I hired them. The salt damage will worsen every year and concrete will deteriorate more. Im an 80 year old widow living on SS. Shame on him. What goes around comes around!!

Imagine my surprise when I looked out the window thinking they would be mowing but instead saw them trimming bushes and doing Fall clean up. When I contacted the owner he responded saying he reviewed his records and found that I did not want Fall Clean up. So they stopped doing that and mowed my lawn. But they billed me for the time they worked on Fall clean up even though it was a service I didn't request. It wasn't my mistake it was his. But he billed me for partial Fall clean up anyway. I refuse to work with companies who try to do these types of things. It is unfortunate because I would have given high marks for the mowing service. I won't be using this company again.
