(She had gotten an estimate from someone her insurance company recommended, but it would it have taken another week, and they anticipated damaging my driveway with a crane !) I knew I should call Don Bovaird and his crew ! Not only did Don come out that same day, but he and his crew removed the tree the following day !! There is something to be said for realizing how to prioritize this kind of work. (Just like a hospital that has STAT, ASAP, and routine jobs). Don understands that jobs are either emergencies (storm damage), as soon as possible (half dead trees still standing), and routine jobs ( people just want trees removed). At least that has been my experience. The whole crew was friendly, professional, efficient, AND my driveway was not damaged in the process as they didn't need a crane ! They all worked hard and completed the job within 4 or 5 hours. They're the BEST !

Why would I accuse your company of this when I used you for many years. I think what happened was the machine was throwing too many pellets. I would never have cancelled your services if your company would have called me to come up with a solution. You guys took care of my yard for several years prior to this. As far as why did I wait so long to post pictures now, I deleted these pictures and they just happened to show up in my facebook post that were previously posted by me. So that's why I posted later. I actually sent several emails and pictures to your company with no response. I'm not a person to complain or am I vindictive. This definitely was caused by enormous amounts of pellets thrown in my yard. You could see large piles. I have no reason to post something that's not true. My yard was beautiful and this just doesn't happen for no reason! After months to repair this and having a new company, my yard is beautiful and well taken care of. The stump removal machine broke down when they were removing the stump. This was on a Thursday. Owner said they would be back Monday or Tuesday of the next week to finish the stump. No show. Had to call on Thursday (1 week after tree removal) to see when he was going to finish stump. He acted like it had already been done. So he said he would do the rest of the stump the next day. Showed up early the next day (Friday) and finished stump. He and another person came. The other person just stood around. They brought no blower for clean up Finished stump but got chips all over the street which I ended up cleaning up, again, and also neighbors driveway. I would not call this company again for any future tree removal.
