Had a leak from my washer drain pipe. Chris came out and identified the problem. The leak was in…read morethe slab and he ran a bypass of the pipe and tied it into the main drain line of the house. This was done to protect the integrity of the foundation. This was not the original plan and Chris asked if I would like to get a second opinion. With the original plan changing he offered to waive his fees while I got a second opinion. The work was done in a timely fashion and resolved the problem. Said the unit is running fine. Only issue is if it does run out of R22 it will need to be replaced. Due to the discontinuation of that product. Other than that been running solid for 5 years. Not necessarily saying they do bad work but they are trying to upsell you when it is not necessary. Just wish they had a little more integrity. After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

These guys use AI to respond to inquiries really fast and efficiently so they can try to claim the…read morelead, which they do well. It's a pain in the arse to get scheduled. They don't use the info you put into the request, so you have to tell them everything all over again. After that, just hope you're the tech's first call of the day. Otherwise they won't show up until they finish their previous jobs, if they show up at all.
