It's January and still NO ROOF and no return of our deposit. There are other complaints of customers being scammed in Ohio also. I am checking with authorities to see what legal action can be taken to get our deposit back.

We were…read morevery interested in a metal roof and Miller had a nice product that resembled dimensional asphalt tile. It has now been 9 years and it is still looks brand new...just as we expected! Initially, we had a minor leak but Miller responded with professional and courteous speed. The gutters were especially neat as they have a sleek and seamless linear appearance and includes a full 5-inch opening. They also installed a stainless steel perforated top to screen debris. My Dad quoted multiple companies and Pine Ridge Roofing LLC won the bid. Guys, I have never seen a group more efficient! They tore and put that new roof together so efficiently that there were neighbors and other contractors (at neighbor's houses) that legit stopped and stared hahaha!!! The roof is beautiful and they kept the debris together and the driveway clean! Staff were polite, kind, and did I mention efficient?!
