I was screamed at immediately and told to stop harassing them?!! I think it's pretty legitimate to ask why we were lied to about the estimate being completed. Pretty stupid thing to lie about. After months of receiving notices from the county about our overdue septic installation and repeatedly calling for updates, they showed up unexpectedly one day. The survey had approved the placement of the septic system where we wanted it, but instead, they tore up my driveway and the landscaping we had just installed a month prior without any consultation. When I questioned why they didn't place it according to the surveyor's instructions, they claimed it was too close to the neighbor's yard. Upon reviewing the situation, it turned out the surveyor was right. I suspect they avoided that spot because of tree roots from a tree we had removed, but they didn't have the honesty to admit it. After completing the job, they left my yard in disarray for over six months. When they finally returned to finish, they dumped a massive amount of large gravel throughout my yard. While I understand some gravel is necessary, the quantity they left was absurd. I've personally removed three wheelbarrows full of rocks from just the surface, and I continue to find more. These are not small rocks either but large rocks requiring two hands to lift. The ground is so littered with rocks that I can't get grass to grow and can't even rototill the area. They also left my new landscaping in shambles and even left trash strewn across my yard instead of disposing of it properly or burying it. I'm left wondering what happened to all the original soil that was replaced with rocks and clay. I cannot recommend this company for any work and have advised my in-laws to refrain from recommending them to their clients as well.

No reply or answer to multiple phone calls and text messages. He knew I had moved my work schedule around this appointment so that I could be home. No call to cancel or reschedule. Just NO SHOW. Weather was also fine. Lack of communication and disregard for customers time. Not a professional way to run a business.
