Wednesday Me: I still need a receipt Them: we will call back. (But doesn't) Thursday Me: when can I expect a receipt? Them: oh it's 525.00 for 100 gallons... I have to hang up at this point. They told me that they would call me once they got approval. I never got a phone call. I had to reach out and call them. Not a huge deal just a little unprofessional on their end if you say something, then do it. My buddy was looking to buy a suppressor so I recommended Homestead and he purchased a suppressor from them and was told it would take two weeks and he will receive a phone call, well he never got that phone call that so my buddy went into the store to get stuff cleared up and they had messed up on his approval paperwork and never submitted it, so he asked for some sort of refund and they refused to reimburse him,my buddy accepted it. They told him they would make it right and He would have his Suppressor within a week and a half to two weeks. Time came of 2 weeks and no phone call so he called into the store and they had messed up his approval paperwork once again and didn't submit it, my buddy asked for a full refund and they did not give him his full refund...they asked for a restocking fee of 20%.....get it together pretty scummy! Terrible customer service!
