In fact, I could tell that even though Mac kinda liked me, he didn't really want to work with us. I'm sure it is much more time consuming to have to work with people who aren't in the business. For me, I'll probably always just work with a contractor and just let them handle it. There's so much to know, and so much you can get wrong. You can probably make a really expensive mistake in a hurry trying to save a couple thousand dollars (if it's even that big of a savings, it is sort of unclear). There was also something really weird happening in there. There was another employee in the cubicle next to us. He kept loudly asking the guy who was helping us if he wanted any crackers. Said they were the best crackers he'd ever had. Kept saying "man, are these good crackers." And though we could hear every word and hum and cough and keyboard keys, we never heard him eating. And I'm not a paranoid person, but I definitely felt like it was a euphemism for them to make fun of us, or remind the guy he drew the short straw. The guy helping us would respond, but just kind of laughingly. Like, I even googled what that might mean and couldn't find anything. Oh well. It just sort of generally contributed to me not feeling like this was the best idea ever.

I was unable to respond to the review left by Lahonda through Yelp. Lahonda, you have reviewed the wrong store. This weekend we are taking part in the home show at the fairgrounds And our estimating calendar was closed for appointments from Thursday through Monday because of that. When we set an appointment with a customer it is for an exact time, we do not give a window of time as we value your time as well as ours. I personally handle all estimates from our store and if I am running a minute late I call the customer to let them know. Also we are open from 9 to 4 on Saturdays and in fact Teresa was there until 430 yesterday. You did not call our store on Thursday or yesterday. In the past few weeks we have have several calls from people under the impression that we estimate and install for Lowe's. That is incorrect. We are a locally and family owned store located in Moore, Oklahoma and not affiliated with Lowe's in any way. Everyone was there to help us get the right hardwood flooring and carpet for our new home, they even came out to double check measurements so we got exactly what we needed. We were extremely frustrated trying to find tile for our kitchen and dining room, until we went to Metro Flooring. They were very helpful and answered all the questions we had. We picked out a tile on the Saturday before Christmas Bill Came out on Monday to measure. The installers were promptly there on Thursday and by Friday they were done.
