She helped me pick out the item I needed and then went to another part of the store and helped me get the rest of the items I needed. She was the department manager at the pro desk, Jae was her name. I have heard many rumors about the new general manager, mostly negative things. He is not good to his employees, degrading them in front of other customers but Jae was phenomenal. I would suggest working with her over the general manager.

Went in store to get a water heater. Bought it on June 6th, paid to have it delivered. Thinking it…read morewould juat be easier, damn was I wrong!! I was told it would be delivered on the 7th possibly 8th at the LATEST! Got a email saying its loaded on the truck. The 7th I got a email saying it was delayed, that was fine, no worries 8th would work too. Delivery time was between 9am - 9pm. I got a email at 830 pm sayings its delayed again. Okay now I'm irritated, they give me another delivery time between 9am - 9pm. My fiance got sick of wating so he went in store just to find out it was NEVER LOADED on a truck nor did they even have a Delivery time scheduled for that day the 9th! Mind you I ordered it on the 6th expecting it the 8th at the latest. He just picked it up when he went in, wouldn't be as mad if they would have been honest about the delivery status and dates. So annoying when you expect things on a certain day, I get delays happen but be honest about it!!
