The pontoons were acid streaked, there were dirty spots on the upholstry, and the carpet wasn't touched, for which she agreed to knock $20 of a $500 bill. There was spotty communication about the progress of the job and availability to pick up. Buddy took off work to pick up the boat and was ignored all day when tried to contact the company to confirm pickup. I would not recommend. Place was shut down when we got there so there was ample opportunity to have finished the job.

They went out during the week to my boat at my weekend home and restored the color and brought it…read moreback to new. Very responsive and the service was great. They even gave me great ideas (already bought it on Amazon) on how to protect the boat from sun damage. They sent photos when done and they had a great text service that kept me informed all the way through the process. All of this done remotely. Every step they went the extra mile.
