He was super polite,professional and knowledgeable. He assessed my problem and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done. He explained because my 1996 6.5 diesel had had some "custom" work done in the past getting the correct parts could be a little more difficult to match up. The next morning I spoke with Chris and not long after Joe returned with the correct part and installed it. He also spent some time making sure the new part preformed as it should.
