Was told there must be something wrong with the phone. Office staff called later and set up an appointment. Then got a text message with a different day for the appointment. Another red flag? Got that cleared up. Was back to the appointment day on the phone. Day arrived. No one shows. No call. Another red flag? Reach out via text and social media. Told owner is at another location but should be done soon. Back and forth with no update for about an hour. Then told the other job has issues and asked if they could delay another hour. Decided against that. Then heard that owner was short staffed and over worked. I do understand that finding folks willing to work consistently can be an issue. Perhaps they have grown too large. This job was for tree work. Had plans for using them for landscaping needs as well as other projects. Do not feel comfortable working with them now. I do not think I would have heard anything from them about delay had I not reached out. Hard for me to trust someone who can't show up for a scheduled time and does not contact customer to let them know of delay. Hope to find someone who can show up. Apologies after the fact sound like hollow excuses to me. I may have an old fashioned sense that does not fit these days.

I called Josh at Jonovich Companies from Globe to bring his crew out and address this problem. They brought two trucks, located the sewer pipe going to the road, snaked it, dug down through about 3 feet of dirt and found the clean out access. They brought it up to code, put a nice lid on it and charged me $740 for the travel time and the crew of 4 men for two hours of work. I was blown away. Josh is very capable, competent and extremely honest. He has an excellent crew. They will not waste your time or money.

I contacted this company to get an estimate for work at my property…read more They sent someone out approximately two weeks ago to look at the project, and I was told an estimate would be provided. After hearing nothing for two weeks, I was finally contacted today and told that they don't have the manpower to complete the work and therefore cannot provide an estimate. I completely understand that companies get busy and may not have the capacity to take on every project. What I don't understand is why it took two weeks to communicate that. If they knew they didn't have the manpower or availability, that should have been communicated when they initially came out to look at the job--or at least shortly afterward. Instead, they allowed me to wait two weeks before telling me they couldn't even provide an estimate. That's a significant waste of my time and could have easily been avoided with better communication. I can't speak to the quality of their actual construction work because I never got that far. However, based on my experience with their communication, professionalism, and handling of the estimating process, I would not recommend using them if you value your time.
