My future UPS driver saw them drill, we didnt. They had estimated it would be around 700ft, they were pretty close it was a few feet shorter. I am very satisfied with the physical nature of the work he did. However, his payment structure and lack of payment system is quite bothersome. There was no clarity as to how I should structure payment so I had to be the one to suggest how to proceed with payment. He suggested I pay through Western Union which is something I've yet to be asked. After completing the job, he then proceeded to pester me for payments even though I was busy completing my own work during the weekend. Without even letting 24 hours pass, he was contacting my friend, who was helping me, trying to follow up for payment. I thought I had made a payment within that time frame, but in my business, the transaction was not confirmed via PayPal. Within 36 hours of the completion of the job, he sent me a "lien notice" stating that he would charge an extra $400 on the job. Note that this all took place over the weekend when most people are not conducting financial transactions. The lack of professionalism and the ambiguity of the contract services need to remedied. I am a specific situation since I am remote and not located physically in Arizona. Those who choose to contract in person will likely not have to deal with such circumstances.
