I took the next available appointment of 04/17/26. Left work early again to make the window we had agreed to. 5pm and again, no technician. I called the customer service line, and was again told I'd need to re-schedule, now for 04/18/26. ACE Cooling/Heating reminds me of one of those unreliable employees/co-workers that calls out sick all the time and lives a chaotic, un-organized lifestyle and is probably late for everything -someone you would NOT want to hire if you knew just how unreliable they were.
