We hop in the cab about 10 minutes later. On the way over, the cabbie calls dispatch and asks how much the cab would be. $16. No joke. $16. For less than one mile. The rationale we got when we called dispatch ourselves was that they could charge us the distance from the cab dispatch to the pickup location. Probably the most ridiculous thing ever. And talking inside with the bouncers, we were told that this company is notorius for pulling stuff like this. Bottom line, DON'T use this company.
