Tom called us back within minutes, arranged to have his top guy, Gregg, come to our house and evaluate the damage. Gregg showed up, determined what was needed, and returned with a crew to clear the tree and debris, allowing us to access our home. This was all accomplished just 4 hours after the tree fell. They returned on the following day to take down the remainder of that tree and another tree that was destroyed. All debris was removed, the stumps ground down, the yard left immaculate. We paid them $7,000 -- a wildly overpriced amount -- but because they did a good job for us in 2022, we trusted them again. That trust was a huge mistake. It is now three months later and my yard is still in complete despair. The owner, Joe, specifically agreed to also remove the stump, and yet it still sits rotting in my backyard. Because of this, weeds have overtaken the space and my family hasn't been able to enjoy our backyard the entire summer. I have called, texted, and left voicemails multiple times. Joe occasionally responds just enough to string me along, then disappears to chase new projects and new customers' money, while completely ignoring the work I already paid him for. His behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely disgraceful. At this point, I've contacted officials, and my attorney will be handling this matter moving forward. Save yourself the money, time, and stress -- this company will scam you, waste your summer, and leave your yard in worse condition than before.
