I called the owners and expected either to be compensated for their negligence or perhaps provided with a courtesy of an apology which did not come until I mentioned that I do Yelp reviews. Town and Country Dry Cleaners may do well by some persons, but I do believe they pick and choose who they want to keep as customers. The man who answered the phone went so far as to accuse me as perhaps sabotaging my own garment myself. Besides being overpriced, I would NOT recommend Town and Country Dry Cleaners to any persons wanting any type of fair service. I also asked if they could make a high slit in my dress, which had three layers. They said they'd check and have it ready. The clothes came out perfect, but the real standout was the people. Brian communicated with me throughout the entire process. He was kind, quick, and efficient. I appreciated the updates; first about the dress alteration, and then when it would be ready. The communication truly made this an exceptional experience. The cost for the alteration was $25, and I believe the cost for cleaning the three-piece suit and wedding dress was around $125 (maybe $150).

I've never had any dry cleaning services. My brother is getting married and my daughter is one of…read morethe flower girls and I wanted to get her dress dry cleaned as well as my husband's dress pants and shirts. My husband had used this company many times before so he had recommended me to go here to drop of her dress and his clothes. I arrived just around 8:30am on Monday. Once you arrive at the building there's 2 lanes for drive thru. You stay in your car and they come to you. They search your account by your phone number. Since I've never been the lady who assisted me asked me to come in to create a profile which took about 2mins or less. Just name, address, phone and email. I brought in 4 items she gave me a pick up receipt and told me it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday. I picked up the next morning, today at 8:30am I was greeted by one of the kind workers. I gave her my pick up receipt and payment. She brought out the clothes and placed it nicely hanging behind the drivers seat. The clothes look great and for pricing I have nothing to compare it too but it was affordable. So happy with the quality of their work, quick service and their great customer service. I would definitely recommend and come back for my dry cleaning needs.

BEWARE! Horrible service that will lose your items, blame you, and refuse to make the situation…read moreright. They lost some of my items on 2 different occasions. Both times, they tried to claim they never received them. The first time I let it go, mistakes happen right? The second time was with 2 red and white sherpa pillow cases, very hard to lose track of. I spent over 3 weeks checking in every couple of days because they wouldn't get back to me. I asked them to put me in touch with the local team, they refused. I asked them to tell me where they sent my laundry, they refused. They claimed they looked at video footage and were "pretty sure" they never received my items so I asked to see the footage and they refused. Again, they tried to convince me I had misplaced these bright pillow cases somewhere in my house--it was all my fault! After they told me it was my fault for losing the items, they said they would reimburse for "good faith", like they were doing me a favor. Their company policy is to reimburse 60% of value for lost or damaged items. I sent them a receipt showing I had paid over $100 for the set, they offered me $10. I fought back and they offered me $17.99. I asked for an explanation of where they were getting this number as it was no where near 60% of the value of my item, and they showed me some random set of pillow cases they had chosen. It was a completely different brand and material of my items. They said this is what they were basing it on and that $17.99 was as high as they would go. Then they tell me they will only give it as store credit, meaning they will just get the money back anyways!!! I will never be trusting them again and I would warn you to stay away.
