They turned the outlet right side up, which fixed the issue. My problem isn't with the service itself. My issue is with the office staff, in particular, the young woman I spoke to this morning. The appointment window I was given was from 8:00-8:30AM. It was after 10:30AM before they showed up. Apparently, they were called out on an emergency, which is why they were so late getting to me. You'd think the office staff would call and let you know, but nobody bothered. And when I called at 10:00AM to find out why they hadn't shown up, the girl I spoke too sounded like I'd woken her up. The office help isn't doing this business any favors.

Additionally, while not being an electric issue he helped us mount 2 TV's. The wiring was already installed but we did not feel comfortable putting up the mounts and hanging the TV's. If you had sealed the KD-HT immediately with the appropriate sealer, it may have been fine. You should have used KDAT, but you did not. The boards are also popping up from the nails. I suppose that means they're warping. And, you say, because there are mold spores everywhere, this is what you can expect your deck to look like!? I don't think so. Hope you can live with yourself.
