They were early and setup before the start time. They accommodated picking up everything quickly as well as the event was held in a business parking lot. Everything was super clean, from the chairs to the tables to the cotton candy and popcorn machines. I was worried about the weather and called Paul a couple days before the party to ask for walls for the tent and he really came through for us. They set everything up, and took everything down quickly, Paul was awesome to work with and really eased my worries. We highly recommend this company and will definitely be renting from them again in the future.
