We wanted dipping items without eggs because of our dietary restrictions and he was the only chocolate fountain person willing to work with us and meet our requirements, which we so appreciated! He asked that we provide our own vegan marshmallows, but took care of everything else. His team was prompt and professional. And lastly, we reached out to Keith pretty late in the planning process and we are very grateful that he was easy to get in touch with, responsive, and did such a good job.
