Uneven finish. Zero attention to detail. It honestly looked like a beginner practicing , not a professional service charging premium prices. Valentine's Day is supposed to make your wife feel special. Instead, we walked out irritated and disappointed. There is no excuse for rushing through someone's appointment, especially when they're paying to celebrate something meaningful. If you're charging luxury prices, deliver luxury quality. The shop is designed differently. The wall opposite of the nail polish behind the pedicure chairs is lined with linen squares. John showed me the Gel Polish choices. I chose the regular pedicure for $48. The Deluxe Pedicure is $58. The regular pedicure included foot soak, cuticles cleaned and toes clipped. I got a long leg and foot massage. Well worth it along with beautiful blue gel polish. I throughly enjoyed my self care moment. I will definitely return to see John in 2 weeks.
