I went to Jenny Nails in Raeford for a self care pedicure. The young man who services me was John. We laughed because I said, oh my husband's name is John. Easy to remember. The shop is designed differently. The wall opposite of the nail polish behind the pedicure chairs is lined with linen squares. John showed me the Gel Polish choices. I chose the regular pedicure for $48. The Deluxe Pedicure is $58. The regular pedicure included foot soak, cuticles cleaned and toes clipped. I got a long leg and foot massage. Well worth it along with beautiful blue gel polish. I throughly enjoyed my self care moment. I will definitely return to see John in 2 weeks. read more

I have spent good money and in return I got treated as trash because there new staff Suki messed my hands up and walked out, the owner said she would fix them but if she did I wouldn't be allowed back.... at that point I knew my business wasn't important at all.... my toes were orange and I asked for my nails to be the same... Suki said she was freestyleing my my nails and I asked why when I clearly had stated what I wanted. ... they do not value our business at all so please go elsewhere and put them outta business. I was treated horrible and then asked to leave with wet feet. Not once did I loose my cool even after a member of their staff told me that this kind of incident was not the 1st.... Glad to know what I know now and I'm glad I didn't spend my money for this bad service. read more

Staff was great, salon was clean it was awesome. The quality of my dip manicure .. not so much. Within 3 days, my natural nails snapped in half. With a week I had all my nails chip or crack in half. Maybe dip isn't the way to go with this salon, but I was quite upset. read more

Got a spa pedicure. Didn't do hardly any cuticle work. Didn't do much callus work. Unfortunately what I needed most. When they did the gel polish, there was paint all over. Bubbles everywhere. Uneven polish. I had to come home and use acetone to get it off my skin. They charged me over 50 dollars for a job my 3 yr old could have done better. Never again. I was supposed to get a manicure but I left before they could mess that up too. If you're going to charge that much money, my feet should look perfect, when you're done. read more

This place was friendly and efficient. They fit me in with a same day appointment. I included a pic of the end product, which was exactly what I asked for. They accommodated a change of chair to make me more comfortable and even offered a beverage to all in the salon. The end price was what I'm used to paying for the same service at other places. I definitely recommend trying this place out ! read more

I will never be returning to this establishment, it is over priced and average work at best. They apparently do not have regular mail polish so a $35 pedicure actually $50 if you want polish. I also got a gel full set which cost $53 nothing spectacular with the designs or anything one nail with chrome. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. read more

I tried to give this place a chance. My first time there I was getting my eyebrows waxed and the lady tried to tell me she couldn't the shape I was asking for. I showed her pics and we were good. The second time I went I just wanted a full set with clear regular polish, and they said said Gel Polish Only, ugh! Third's time a charm, right? The last set I had was a rushed hot mess. First time at this salon. The place was very clean and nice. They did a great job on my pedicure, but I was a little surprised that they only offer gel polish. So, the $45 hot stone pedicure did not include polish. The gel polish was an extra $13.00. So my pedicure totaled $58.00 not $45.00 as stated on their price sheet. read more

Just left. And for the hoke county area best nail salon I've found. Very new and clean. And the people are so nice. Prices are normal not high.. they play the most relaxing music that made me wanna call asleep while getting a pedicure. Any ways. I'm definitely going to be back. And recommend it! read more

It's a new place, so everything looks crisp & clean. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, asked what I wanted & seated. I got my nails done by one of the ladies. She was great with handling my hands & nails. Very gentle, which I appreciated. I ended up getting SNS on my natural nails, which I was pleased with. Everyone was welcoming & polite. Only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is for the simple fact that I just got my nails done an hour ago & this is a new location. Hopefully the polish will last 2 to 3 weeks, as I was told. read more

I was very disappointed. It took 2 people to complete my pedicure because the first person was so desperate to get to the next customer that he left me hanging and didn't say one word. Then I wanted a manicure too which I announced when I first arrived that I needed both a mani & pedi. I was told to sit at a specific seat then I waited and waited while several people who arrived after me were serviced. When I questioned this instead of apologizing the employee debated with me then said not everyone can do both nails and toes and I had to wait for the next available person who knew how to do a manicure to service me. I had a wedding so I waited but I did inform the employee who finally completed my manicure that I would never be back. There are too many good nail salons in the area to deal with the inferior service at Jenny Nails! read more
