Tried telling me there's not catalytic on my car when I know there is. And kept point at the heat shield saying it's cut and they put pipe. So dum. I jacked the car up my self to show him exactly where it is and he didn't want to see it. Then tried to show me on another car where it's at. Oh sure you can see it on a Chevy but it's on a ford. There different cars and they tuck it away. I said not 4-5 times before he offered me $50 less then what I asked. Tried to make me feel bad that he drove 2 hours. Like I care. That's your job to drive around for 2 hours not me. What I want is the car gone for what was asked $400 for a decent car that I could of sold for higher if I had the time. Not $150. Anyone else that uses them stand your ground or it's not even work the stress and being pissed to negotiate like that and call someone else

Wasted my gas, time, and whole day because nobody there knows how to properly check inventory before sending people out.
