Where things started to slip was on the pickup side. I was told the car was ready, but still ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before actually getting it. At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

I decided to get interior and exterior detailing done. I think they call it a mini detail. There were no lines and I had a very nice place to wait for my car. WiFi, a nice place to wait indoor, outdoor, sun, shade with a nice shop for affordable cards and gifts. There is also a donut shop, a mini mart and many shops and restaurants across the street. Although they were willing to rush, I let them know I didn't mind waiting and just wanted my car to be clean. My car looked better than new inside and out ! The staff there were friendly and helpful. I recommend this business for a regular car wash or complete detailing.

Everything was all good until I started letting them know that there was constant issues .Shortly after the installation, my Bluetooth stopped working properly and my speakers constantly started cutting in and out. I stayed in contact with the shop the entire time and kept them updated about the issues I was experiencing, even after I moved to Arizona. Because I wanted to give them the opportunity to correct the problem, I drove all the way back to San Diego so they could supposedly repair the system. After they looked at it, I was told the issues were fixed, but shortly after leaving, the exact same problems started happening again. I previously found out that the proper transformer/converter was not used during the installation and that the wiring was poorly done and disorganized. I had let them know that and they still did not use the proper transformer and now I'm having issues again. Now I am being told by another professional that the entire system may need to be redone correctly, which could cost me thousands of dollars -- all because the job was not completed properly the first time. This has caused me significant inconvenience, wasted time, travel expenses, frustration, and additional financial burden. I expected professional workmanship and accountability, especially after giving the business multiple opportunities to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I would not recommend this business based on the poor installation quality, lack of proper repair, and the ongoing problems I have had to deal with ever since.
