I had an appointment to fix it and they kept moving me. Evidently they ended up closing the shop. So I contacted Tint world Miramar and they were gonna end up charging me the whole price to re-do the windshield tint, but when I explained the situation they realized they needed to fix what had happened. They didn't charge me a cent and redid the whole thing and made it darker with no charge. Definitely going to come back again and finish tinting the whole car. It looks amazing and I'm glad they heard me out and gave me exquisite customer service.

Full ceramic window tint came out clean, and they also added the wrap/decal elements to the car. The car looks much better now -- cleaner, sportier, and more complete. The quality is excellent, the attitude was very respectful, and the atmosphere felt very friendly and family-oriented. I reached out for an estimate on a wrap for a company vehicle. Matt gave me an estimate based on the information I had to go on. He then proceeded to call and email so much that I had to tell him to stop. After I later reached out to proceed and he received the digital files from my corporate office, he told me it would cost significantly more. When I told him I couldn't do it because it was too expensive, this was his reply: "When you can't find it cheap please don't reach out to use again we have waisted to much time for only a few bucks thanks Matt the owner of Mr wrap." As a business owner, I find this petty and unprofessional. Dodged a bullet.

At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

If I have any issues with that car, I feel comfortable handing my "baby" over to Wasim to take care of, I would be very comfortable with that. So pull up, tap the card on the machine, get a receipt, then pull forward to the attendant who marks off the receipt. It's pretty simple. My old car wash closed so that's why I had to use this one (also out of curiosity) and that's why I was used to getting my car on the track and putting the car in neutral so that it gets pulled through the wash. What I found surprising was how thorough the car wash washed my car. And unlike my old car wash, it doesn't leave excess water or soap on the books and crannys of my car. I didn't have to wipe it dry a lot like I did with my old car wash. The principal issue with this car wash is that it is REALLY far away from where I live. It's a 30 minute drive in no traffic minimum. I guess it's good that I only need to wash my car once a month. Usually.

They quoted me $350 to send the wheel for a weld/repair or $950 for a refurb oem. After reaching out to several shops a few of them who couldn't do the repair recommended American Factory Wheel. I gave them a call to see if I could do same day even though it was afternoon already. The person who picked up the phone was very nice and told me the soonest would be the next day morning and I could book through their website. As soon as I hung up I immediately received a text with a quote and link. Booking through their website was fast and easy. Came in today for my 9:30am appointment and Darren helped check me in, drove it into the shop and within a few minutes confirmed the crack is repairable with a cash/card quote and about 2 hour turnaround. They finished at 11:20 just under 2 hours. Cost was $242 OTD with card. Easy, fast, great service, good price
