All the years' worth of neglect that my car took is all gone including dirt and grime from the floor to the ceiling of my car and, most notably, the oxidation build up on my headlights. My car is now extremely clean that I could sell it in its condition, haha. The value of the work and quality for the price is truly unbeatable. I ended up going with the Interior Detail and I believe this is a great option for those that is willing to splurge some money but is still on a budget. This is one of those reviews that you hesitate to write because you don't want "your" guy to get too popular that they raise prices and can no longer serve you. So despite that, here goes: I was selling my truck and I wanted it to look good for photos and prospective buyers. I'm relatively new to town, and I had no idea where to turn for auto detailing. A few car wash places offer it, but I didn't want to be stuck somewhere for hours. So I turned to Yelp for a mobile detailer. Finesse had great ratings and it looked like they were not too far, in San Marcos. They're actually in Tierrasanta now, which isn't too far, either. Prices looked very competitive- I remember other places were more than double! I made an appointment online a couple days in advance and they showed up on time. I told Christian my objective was to sell the car. It turned out that I had selected the wrong service, but he built me a custom package on the spot that included interior detail (most of the work) and headlight polishing. Pricing was very fair for what amounted to about 6 man-hours between him and his teammate. They worked HARD and got my 2013 SUV as clean as possible. One thing to note is that you should provide the guys with as much space to work as possible and open all the doors, etc. What they DON'T need is your water or power. They're completely self-sufficient. I got the impression that it's better or cheaper to do some services at their shop in Tierrasanta, so definitely ask, if you're flexible. If you need it, he also has a guy with very good rates on Paintless Dent Removal if you bring it to him. So I think I've got my go-to detailer! read more

He ripped me off because I was hesitant to book cud of the price. But to secure my car wash he offered me a deal that was $299 for $199 for full detail. $100 discount. I normally use another company that charges $120 for full detail. 2 people. And they do the same work (inside and outside). And still they will take 2.5 hours with 2 ppl. Just no steam and shampoo. I have some stains on my seats or discoloration I was hoping to get off with steam and shampoo. I kept saying I wanted my seats clean. That my seats were my biggest concern. I never mentioned the outside, wax or clay. Steam and shampoo only come with the full detail. Thought my seats would like brand brand new. But then he came and recommended me a mini detail for $169 (reg price) since it was still clean. Then said the cost will be $189 since i live in nice house and have a nice car. NOt sure why that's relevant. Then I said but through text you said a mini was $169. So he agreed. If I knew I was paying that much for a mini - I would've just used the company I normally use for $120. Thought the shampoo or steam would again make my seats new. Hence why I decided to schedule. So I paid $169 for one person and the seats just looked ok. They don't do steam or shampoo for mini. I didn't even end up getting a discount. In fact he tried to charge me more. When he said he said he'd give a discount since I was the last client of the day and he had a lot of business already (I have texts to prove this). But for one person to work 1-2 hours. And I helped get a rag and started wiping down the seats he missed. To me it's not about the money but the principle. Oh and in the beginning he tells you to remove any valuables from the car. Melbing showed up a few minutes early and was fully prepared to get started on detailing our vehicle. Everything he needed was in his pickup (including the water to wash the car.) We walked around the car together and noted some problem areas, but it wasn't necessary as Melbing said he would cover those things anyway. And, man, did he!! Our ride looked showroom delivered when completed (which was right on time between 2 and 2 1/2 hours total). He was even able to remove 2 stains on the carpeted floor mats. Door jams, inside of the fuel door, trunk area, all windows were streak free...every single part of the car was attended to. We don't need to do a full detail often as our cars are garaged every day. I had scheduled an appointment to have my car detailed for a Monday. I work a lot so I don't get many days off. I waited {on the day of my scheduled car detail} but nobody showed up. I called the office to complain. I was told that since I made the appointment online, that Christian (the owner) does not work on Mondays. I was furious! I demanded my deposit back, etc. The girl in the office offered to pass my info onto Christian, so that he could personally reach out to me. Christian called me within twenty minutes, apologizing for missing the appointment. He explained that he usually takes Monday and Tuesday off, now that he is a new father, to a little baby girl. He said he would refund my deposit immediately and wash/detail my car (at no extra charge) or pay for another local company to do the exact same service, which he was going to do. I agreed. He refunded my deposit immediately after we got off the phone. For the next two or more weeks, we played phone tag, trying to figure out a time that would match one another's schedule. Finally, we agreed on an afternoon. Christian came by my pad and did a killer job on my car in under one hour! I was very, very impressed. I've paid nearly 3x as much for detailing work that wasn't even as good as his! He had a great attitude and I enjoyed chatting with him. He came all the way down from North County, for no money, just because he had given me his word. That's somebody with integrity right there! Huge thank you to Johnny for the tint and his detailing guy Christian. I messaged them asking for quotes on several cars, and he responded within minutes. Right then and there we were able to discuss the price of the tint and schedule an appointment! Their pricing is very competitive. He was able to take in 3 of my cars. A 2018 Civic Si to get the drivers seat cleaned up from spilled coffee, a 2017 VW GTI to have the interior detailed and the tint redone, and a 2007 Infiniti G35 to get the front windows tinted.
