Kevin came to my house showed me samples so I was able to see actual colors to match it with my kitchen tiles and feel actual texture. He explained the product details and compared them and he gave me a reasonable price. I did not bother looking and talking to other companies, when the price was within my budget and was told it will be done in 4 days, i was sold. During the installation, they discovered that our previous flooring had actually been installed over the existing tile, which we weren't aware of. They took the time to explain the situation, went over our options, and were completely transparent about what would be involved if we wanted to remove the tile and level the floors. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure us and allowed us to make the decision that was best for our home. The installation team worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. Even though flooring installation can be a stressful process, they made it easy and smooth from beginning to end. But the contractor they sent to us to do the railing was completely and utterly incompetent. They destroyed easily $1,500 worth of railing material, and of course neither LL Flooring, nor Arthur's Remodeling (who is the subcontractor they sent out, you can find my review at the bottom of this review) will claim any responsibility for it. LL will just tell you that you have to claim it with Arthur's. Then Arthur's will just ignore you when you contact them about it. Save your money, buy your material from somewhere else, and find a better contractor to install it for you. Literally anywhere and anyone will be better than this lying company and the lying contractor they use. EDIT: Figured I should add this too. Looks like Arthur's Remodeling filed a complaint with Yelp regarding potential violations of review guidelines. Nothing in any of my reviews violates any of Yelp's guidelines. But no worries. I've kept copies and screenshots of these reviews just in case anything happens to them. You all deserve to know how exactly these companies operate. On that note, I'd like to add a little something else to this review. Almost every attempt to speak with LL Flooring's customer service was met with no response until I was forced to escalate the situation more than once. Emails went weeks without a response. Phone calls with no answer. Voice mails with no response. This company is absolutely not worth your time. Things will go wrong with the work and/or product, and when you attempt to contact this company to get it rectified, you will be ignored. Like I stated above, save your time and money, and go elsewhere.
