The entry and exits to the parking lot are a bit confusing, if not just plain bad. Not really a destination shopping center, although most of the stores haven't looked that interesting to go into. Good grocery shopping at the Markets as part of Birch Bay square, and the Nexus application office is great, woods coffee is always good, but the rest seems a bit run down.

Also, we happened to come on a day where they had a art/craft fair in the parking lot... very cool. I hope they have more events like this to get more people out to the shopping center.

I am using the same water dispersible product that I always have. I contacted the company and they made up some excuse about the product I was using making the warranty void. They changed their website since I had made the complaint. It used to say not to use jojoba or grapeseed oil... now it says to contact them. So shady!!!! Regardless I feel like they should back up their product... esp to a client that has been buying from them for over 15 years. I used to recommend them to all of my clients for their own bedding. We have been here a few times and the thing that is most resonant is the knowledge of the owner and today, the owner was not there but the woman who was, was equally as knowledgeable!!! Most of the times we have visited have been we were looking for something in particular.. last night we had some big storms /high winds and one of our dogs kept us up all night. We wanted to purchase something to have in the house for the next time something like this happens. She actually recommended something that was out of stock.
