They don't just add a few inches here and there like some other companies. Torrid products are made out of quality fabrics that will last for years to come. Yesterday my mother-in-law and I experienced TERRIBLE customer service from an employee. She seemed bothered that she had to check us out. No small talk or smile. I asked her a simple question, and it must have been out of her "script" because I got a long blank stare and then a condescending tone. A couple of other times shopping there the customer service was "lackluster" at best but not outright rude like this one incident. Other than this one bad experience I will come back. This location has something for everyone, including a huge well stocked men's section, which was nice to drop the hubby off in while I shopped as well as a kids/baby secton. They also have the best selection of coordinated gloves/scarfs/hats in the same colors and designs.
