    Seafood platter

Small interior, but great place to order hot oysters with cream leak sauce. We ordered a seafood platter that includes the hot oysters. The rest of the platter was delicious (and a ton of food for two people by the way), but what you should definitely ordered platters of are the hot cream leak oysters. I'd pay for a return ticket to fly back to Bordeaux just to eat those oysters and a house wine. Glad that the service was also very charming too!

    Seafood plate

If you're a tourist , be prepared for seafood plates that contain all kinds of strange shellfish and snails you probably have never tried in your life. For us it was just a one time adventure. We love raw oysters and eat them all all the time, but other shellfish and snails , you have to get used to. Some strange taste and strange textures. Thats the reason they're not popular or even known in many parts of the world except for shrimps and oysters. Just fyi most of them are just raw or mildly steamed. Service is good.

    Duck confit

i came here specifically because i was craving baked oysters and saw that they had a couple different "huîtres chaudes" options on their menu. i came at around 8:45pm on a friday night, without a reservation, and requested a table for one without any problems. for 32€ i had 6 baked oysters in a house leek sauce, duck confit with a side of potatoes au gratin and salad, and a glass of white wine. the oysters were delicious with the red wine vinegar sauce they provided. the duck confit was incredible with perfectly tender meat , crispy skin, and not too much salt. even the butter they provided with the bread seemed extra tasty. the service was so great, all the employees were friendly & i was asked if i preferred french, spanish, or english. i found the interior decor classic and charming as well. overall i had a lovely night and will definitely come again!

Love it! We found it through yelp. The seafood plate is wonderful; service is good too. The attached pics says it all. Very happy with the choice.

The buffet is excellent that you can try many different food. Such seafood salad, braise gizzard, tomato soup, croquettes, charcuterie, slice raw beef, salmon, and more. Love each one of them. My entree is the butter grilled trout. It is a whole fish. Grilled and top with lemon sauce. My wife have the grilled duck breast. The food is great. Recommended during lunch time. Our desserts are tar du jour, it is the pear tart with cream. My wife have the creme brûlée. Bothe dessert is good sweet not too over power sweet. We enjoy our time here. The service is very efficient. Great price for many food. Great for hungry people.

Being an annoying group of cruise ship Americans I thought this restaurant was really wonderful…read more Our group of 5 was welcomed and seated quickly. The waitstaff was patient with our non-French skills and explained things to us in very good english. The fixed price menu was a little over 18 euros and included the salad bar, entree and dessert. Salad bar was incredible with foie gras, fresh shrimp and many other tasty delicacies including good quality charcuterie. Plentiful bread at the table and wine was good and cheap. Entree of chicken with cream sauce and fries was really divine, so tender and flavorful I ate every bite. Dessert of chocolate tart was delicious. We came away stuffed.
