Amazing food, tremendous service, mind-blowing view... Don't go looking for a bargain, but know what to expect and you will not be disappointed. You can access the restaurant from the Cascade ski lift, and there is also a self-service downstairs. Located on top of magic carpet at peak location where there is fireplace and torch lighting shows at new year. This restaurant is elegant inside and food are in great quality. Their steak is the only moist and soft piece I had in my 2 weeks in France. Food is good. Service is best! We were hungry and they are very fast for French standard! The winelist had a 2008 Pomerol magnum but we were given a 2011. We would have appreciated either an alternative price or just the normal size bottles of 2008 Pomerol which they apparently did have in stock. The place was very very busy. We had a very nice corner table so were not bothered by the huge amount of people but we had to wait extremely long for our food. After ordering we were not told that it would take a very long time and we were not given anything (like a piece of bread with some olive oil or so) in the meanwhile. Just after we finished the magnum bottle of wine and we were annoyed enough to ask the waiters if we would get some food our food arrived. If the Steakclub would be able to improve their logistics I would rate them at least one more star.
