we were there during a quiet week in val thorens and were the inly guests. we chose the gourmand diner and had a bittle of ruinard blanc de blanc with it. our waiter did a fantastic job. the service was impecable. th e amuse bouche was presented in a innovative way, i have never seen before. worthwhile stealing as a idea for diners at home. i didnt really like the field salad puree, but all the rest, the linguine a l orange, the sole and rabit hit my taste and also the mango desert. i should not forget the beurre de normandie a citron. a really good restaurant at an absolutely acceptable val thorens price. again service was outstanding hopefully not omly because we were the only guests. read more
