AFTER she sent us our entire 150 photo album that she created, she told us to contact her IF we wanted pricing information for photos (we thought we'd have some included in the price we paid for the session)..long story short, we could have scheduled an entire session with someone else AND had 30 photos included and paid less than the price of DOWNLOADING one photo from her. The little direction he did give was to put us in all kinds of awkward, posed positions (i.e. hunched over, staring off into random directions). And the videographers were complete amateurs. They kept getting in each others shots. Now, I haven't shot many weddings, but I'm pretty sure you don't want to see the other videographer chillin in the background of EVERY FRAME. They set our wedding video to '80s elevator jazz. Like, the kind of stuff that probably came stock with Windows 95. It was bad. Then, finally get the word that the pictures are ready, only to find that a digital copy of the photos is $250. TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. For a flash drive that costs $10 and the 30 seconds it will take to drag and drop the photos onto it. This was NOT communicated when we first met with the photographer. WHAT A RIPOFF. Avoid these clowns and find someone who up front, communicates, and actually knows what they're doing.
