The quality above average and the styling seems to hit just right for the teen and young 20 demographic. Staff goes overboard to assist on our visits and returns are easy within 30 days no questions. My daughter often says the staff is better than other shops because they treat teens like adults. Through the eyes of my daughter who is a super regular it's a great place to shop for young women's clothing.

The store itself is gorgeous and spacious, so you can avoid the fight-over-the-rack that can happen at similar boutiques. I thought the selection was a shockingly good range of prices and had a great assortment. A few items actually surprised me at their price-- I think the store has a really keen eye and doesn't stock clothes that are cheaper, just those that are awesome and happen to be less expensive. Selection included some French Connection, seven jeans, Hudson jeans, Paige jeans, and a ton of gorgeous brands that I had never heard of. Stepping in to this cute boutique shop, one feels as though they have just entered a set for Sex and the City or Confessions of a Shopaholic. It's beautiful inside, with comfy sofas, fancy chandeliers, and pretty flowers to complement the spectacular selection of fashionable clothing from designers such as Tory Burch, Donna Morgan, and Kate Spade. In addition, customer service is fantastic. The ladies working at Monkee's are all very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel so comfortable while I was browsing the store. Walked in and was immediately asked to use their hand sanitizer. I politely said no thank you and…read morethe associate tried to force me to take the sanitizer. She said it's "all natural" I said I'm not using it, it's not good to use sanitizer all the time. No thank you. She said we prefer that everyone uses it and I said no, I'm leaving. With all of the actual science that's out, the fact that you have to use poisonous, toxic "sanitizer" that's only 62% (which is not even optimal for killing germs, 70-71% is) is not even effective. WHY are you forcing people to use it? It's NOT scientific, it's NOT effective and NOT necessary. Stop harassing potential customers. It's such poor taste.
