The manufacturer has a one yr warranty against defects so they told us to return them to the Super Shoe store where they were purchased. I called ahead of time and talked to Denise who said it was no problem and the manager ( John) could look it up. Once we arrived back at the store, the manager, John was profiling my brother and essentially accusing him of lying about purchasing the boots. This is after he's purchased hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of products from this location. He was extremely condescending and RUDE. Ultimately, the manufacturer stated that John was not acting within their guidelines and remedied the issue. I will never purchase another item from this location. John should be immediately removed from this position, he is an embarrassment to the Super Shoe brand.

I bought a pair of Simple brand shoes, made form bamboo and silk, among other things. To be honest, many of the styles were a little too granola for me, but not to the point that I couldn't find something comfortable and cute for me to wear. What I liked, I really liked. Even my boyfriend found a pair of casual sneakers (Tevas) that he liked, and I got a pair of white Campers on sale. It's connected in the middle to a clothing store that has a lot of eco-cotton-modal fabric. It can be chic looking if worn right, but it's damn comfortable regardless. If I was preggers, I'd definitely hit this store up, but even in my non-pregnant state I could appreciate many items. Flowy cotton summer dresses that breathe sound really good about now, anyway.
