Multiple oil changes on several vehicles, two timing change belts on a Jetta diesel, thousands of dollars spent, and the "level of service" I personally received from the store manager Gord, was appalling. I took my brand new vehicle in for an oil change at the end of March 2025. The employee that serviced my vehicle, re-used the factory crush washer, and also took the engine cover off (don't know why you would need to take an engine cover off for an oil change). Having a gravel driveway, neither myself or my husband noticed the oil leaking out. When I did notice, the vehicle being under warranty, it was taken to the dealership, where it cost me $200 for them to tell me that whoever did the last oil change didn't do it properly. When I took my issues to Gord, I was "mansplained" on how he has personally changed oil on, as I quote "way more expensive vehicles than yours" and how they never replace the crush washers (that's how they work, they are crushed when they used and are NOT reusable) and that he would not be helping me with the $200 I had to pay for his stores mistake. Oh, and nor would he be looking for an engine cover, cause he had "non kicking around sweetie", and would have called me if he had seen it. I had lost over a litre of oil in my vehicle, and was looking at a completely seized engine on a brand new car. Since Barb has left, it has gone downhill. If I had the option to give this store 0 stars, I would. I would recommend going anywhere else for your oil change.

When I returned, the vehicle was leaking oil heavily--something it was not doing before the service. They claimed it could be wear and tear, but the issue only started after my visit. It appears the oil filter was overtightened, which may have damaged the oil cooler/filter housing. I was also told I may have to pay for diagnostics if they deny responsibility. This was a relief seeing as the two other places I'd called were booking tire changeovers into December! I arrived and was greeted right away. I waited a short time before I was able to drive my car into the bay. The service was quick and there was no pressure to get any services done. I was advised that I needed Coolant, so I was appreciative that the check was done especially with winter around the corner. Prices were a bit higher than I'm used to, but there's a premium for the convenience. They mentioned to come back for a complimentary oil top up and tire retorque in 80km, which is a nice addition. The service techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be coming back!

We will NEVER go to one again. We just had a routine oil change at the Trenton location. The total price was $218.77. This included charges like $49.99 for an air filter, (half this cost at Canadian Tire, $6 on Rockauto), $11 for a 'special filter' charge', $5 for a skid removal fee, and $110.62 for the oil, (usually around $45 for name brand). My wife brought the car in and she was taken advantage of in the worst way. Stay away from this place. They do not deserve to be in business.
