The process was fast and also not by a clever , experienced mechanic or owner. So we left with an unsure feeling , the trailer was all over the place , my wife called friends who were RVers and asked if this was normal . NO it was not. Go to Del Maestro they will help you. Long story short they found my hitch was set up totally wrong and the anti sway bar not installed and the weight distribution bars not connected the trailer hitch didn't even have a safety bolt installed. They corrected it all and gave us a reassuring slow walk around of safety items and pros and cons. Never will we go back to The other dealer ... they should be reprimanded . And as they don't need a licence , which is an absolute mistake by our government, no where can you find registered , licensed mechanics with a 4 year course with one year on job work. And payed as much if not more than Auto mechanics. THIS SHOULD BE MANDATORY BY OUR GOVERNMENT! I know there are mini courses to get a mini licence but far from a real mechanic !

Now I had to rent a vehicle, I phoned them 3 days later and still they hadnt looked at it yet, long disappointI g story later , it took them 3 weeks to finish , a 7400$ bill and a 600$ rental. I was expecting the bill to be substantial but the fact they took so long and it cost me so much more because they didn't have courtisy just to tell me that they had no intention of getting my vehicle in as soon as I brought it in is what angers me the most. Halfway through, they called to tell me they couldn't find my wheel lock key and said they'd only charge me an hour's labor because they cannot complete the safety che k without it. I told them the wheel lock key was in the glove box, but they refused to check. I ended up paying $120 for an hour of labor and now they expect me to return and pay $169 again for the safety check. All because they didn't bother looking where I told them the key was and saw a young kid they could scam another 120$ from. This isn't the first time either. They pulled a similar stunt with my Mustang last summer and I ended up having it scrapped. when they were called on it. There was "nothing they could do" Lesson learned. I'll be taking my vehicles to Fitzsimmons from now on. Don't waste your time or money here. Absolutely would not recommend! 0 stars if possible.

Hearing some growling from the front. Thought it was wheel bearings, nope. Then became concerned that it might be the front diff. Without getting in to too many details. They took my truck in during a busy period for them, inspected it and notified me that my diff was fine but that my tires were cupped in the front and getting very worn in the back. Knew I was going to be in for tires sooner than later, so is what it is, but the best part is they didn't charge me for anything. I was at least expecting an hour for diagnostics. Bang up crew there.
